There are several characters within the Bible that I am drawn to Abraham for his faith to follow God’s command without needing explanation, Peter for his courage to step out of the boat and David for his willingness to go into a battle where the odds were stacked against him. However, Esther is the one I can relate to and has had such an impact on my life. No, I am not a beautiful young lady who won the position of queen in a beauty pageant.

Good morning Jamy and friends! I enjoyed reading today’s article which I read at Encouragement Cafe. It reminds me to let go and let God whenever I am faced with doubts, fears, and insecurities. There is no greater love than our heavenly Father’s love for all HIS children. I feel encouraged to walk “in the light” as HE is in the light….Thank you for the beautifully written article posted today.
What a great reminder that we don’t need to pretend or hide what we really are to please others.
Hi Jamy! I have always loved that Scripture verse and use it to remember during many circumstances that my Abba Father has chosen me or others “for such a time as this”! It is so uplifting and fills my heart with thanks and praise, joy and peace that God leads us to fulfill His plans and when we follow hard after Him and say yes…the blessings unfold before us! I am praying your prayer and praying to be alert and aware especially during Advent to all the opportunities to thank Him “for such a time as this”! God bless!
