Mirror, Mirror

When you stand before a mirror what do you see? I personally used to avoid mirrors because I didn’t care for the reflection. Even a quick glance and I could easily find numerous flaws. This type of self-defeating attitude, left unchecked, is a recipe for disaster.

As I was reading through Psalm 139 one day, verse 14 really hit me, “fearfully and wonderfully made.” God made each and every one of us unique for His purpose and plan…

  1. Thank you Jamy. I took the Spiritual Gift Test and God confirmed what my small group bleesed me with encouraging words on Friday night.

    I enjoy the two ministries I currently lead in but I have a co-leader that is loud, aggressive and teaches or makes me upset by her harsh way.

    In leading alone in GriefShare Ministry for the first time in 3 years I enjoy and have peace but I physical won’t be able to in Winter or along side with her again.

    You have blessed me in opening the eyes of my heart in “really listening” to God’s heart and His gifts for me. I am blessed that God connected me to you. I so look forward in always reading your posts.
