Good Grief

I have an article featured on Encouragement Café today that I would love for you to read and then come back and share your thoughts in the comment section.

Here is just a small sample of the article:

Grief can come in all shapes and sizes and strike at any time. The real question is how you will respond when the storms of life bring tragedy into your world.

A little over six years ago, I was sitting in the local emergency room with what I thought was a gallbladder attack. My husband and I were shocked when the doctor came in and said I was pregnant. Our youngest was just a few months old, but we trusted God and were excited about this surprise blessing…

Your Turn:

I know how grief can strike and bring about such darkness. Dear friend, if you are in a storm right now, I challenge you to reach out to God today. He longs to rescue you.

  1. Jamy, I’m so sorry for your lost. I can relate in a way. I’ve shared with you that I had a hysterectomy over the summer. I don’t have any children, so at times I grieve my “loss”. I’m actually in a storm right now. I want to give up so badly. My husband is pushing me and reminding me of God’s word. And your post confirms that I need to reach out to a hand that’s been waiting on me!

  2. I didn’t get to see the rest of article but this was really good im still having a hard time with greif still even though I only lost my grandpa in august
