I have another great book that I would like to share with you today, The Letters by Suzanne Woods Fisher.
The main character in The Letters, Rose Schrock has had a difficult life. Through many trials and tragedies, she has found herself trying to be a single-mom to four children, take care of her farm and aging mother-in-law and provide for the family. The burdens she bears herself.
In the process of “righting” wrongs, Rose decides to open an Amish bed and breakfast, utilizing their basement with a private entrance. This brings Delia Stoltz into the Schrock family’s lives. She is dealing with several of her own personal issues and needs a quiet retreat. The Eagle Hill Inn is just the answer.
The characters and situations in The Letters are so dynamic and engaging. Suzanne Woods Fisher has an incredible way of drawing the reader into her novels. This is why I keep returning to her books. I highly recommend The Letters.
