Movin Mondays – Week 4 Report

I can’t believe how quickly this month and the Shapely Girl Fitness challenge has flown by. I have not been overly committed to an exercise program in quite some time, so I was looking forward to having this challenge to help encourage me to stick with it.

This month certainly has not gone how I had originally planned it, due to some health issues. These issues meant I could not do the full workout three times each week. However, thanks to the versatility of this DVD, I did not have to quit. Instead, I simply opted for the toning and shorter workouts. I plan to go back to the full workouts as soon as I am cleared from the doctor.

And now the results (drum roll please)… I lost a total of 2 inches from my thighs, 2 ½ inches from my waist, 3 inches from my bust and a total of 6 pounds. It may not sound like a lot, but I am thrilled with the results.

This challenge/review is just the beginning for me. It has given me the encouragement and jump-start that I needed. I challenge and encourage you to check out Debra’s website, and select one of the DVDs that will be right for you. Don’t wait until the first of the year or even next week. Stop making excuses and start moving. You can do it!
