Well, it is hard to believe that another week of Movin’ Mondays is already over. In case you missed the post last week, be sure to go back through the archives and check it out. This past week has certainly been different for me than expected. Due to some health issues, I have not been able to do the lengthier workout. However, one of the things I absolutely love about the Shapely Girl Fitness DVD is that it is so versatile. I was able to do the shorter workouts and the toning. I love that Debra gives those options, if you are short on time or energy a particular day or even if you just want to change things up a little. The other part of the video that I love is that the women on DVD show varying fitness levels and are “real”. Don’t get me wrong, they are beautiful, but not the typical fitness video models, which is so refreshing to me.
Now, for what you really want to know – the results. Before I give you the numbers, I do want to emphasize that I did not change any of my eating habits and as noted I did opt for the shorter workouts on two of the days. However, I was so surprised yesterday when I did my measurements. I have lost another pound this week and my measurements all went down a little (1/2 to 1 inch). This is not a lot, but it is a decrease, not an increase, so I am pleased. I can’t wait to see what this week holds.
I love being a part of this review experience. It is giving me the accountability and incentive that I need to get moving and get active.
