Today, I am going to share with you the latest book from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group that I had the privilege to read, Finding Our Way Home by Charlene Ann Baumbich.
This is the first book I had read from Charlene Ann Baumbich, so I did not really know what to expect. This story takes the reader on a journey with the two central characters, Sasha – a professional ballerina that die to an injury is unable to dance anymore and Evelyn – a high school graduate that is engaged and has put off going to college. The development of each of these characters is wonderful. The reader gets to see things through the eyes of both of these characters.
At first glance, you would not think these two had anything in common. However, when circumstances bring Sasha and Evelyn together, they, as well as, the reader soon discover they are more alike than one would imagine.
The word that flows throughout the book is “grace”. Each of the central characters must learn what this means for her individually, as well as, what decisions to make regarding the future.
Finding Our Way Home has several twists and turns throughout. The reader gets to see Sasha and Evelyn both search for their own way back home.
